Worst communication I've ever seen at a surgery. Total lack of interest from reception staff, really poor attitude on some of them. Need a course in customer service I think. Ask my GP service exceptionally poor. Would give zero rating if I could. Took a pharmacist to diagnose something when the doctor said there wasn't anything to worry about. Major issues at this surgery should be addressed
In our experience, this GP surgery is excellent despite current staff shortages. The doctors and nurses have always been professional, pleasant and caring, providing my elderly housebound mother with urgent attention when needed. The receptionists have always remained helpful, friendly and efficient in contrast to the dragons experienced elsewhere, in the past. The responses to AskmyGP requests have usually been quick and always within a reasonable time though it would be better if submission times were not so limited.
This Surgery service is appalling. The Receptionists are nothing but guarding the gates to Hades. Unhelpful and are extremely unable to do their job in a professional manner. I would never advise anyone to join this practice. I was a practice manager for at 13 yrs.and never treated patients in uncaring manner,they have no empathy and have been not trained well. Do not join this Practice.
This place is dangerous! An independent inquiry into the way this place is managed and run needs to take place asap!nnI have been left for 3 months with severe bleeding and stomach pain, also left with old out of date medication because accessing a Dr here is impossible. Receptionists state the Dr will call back but they never do.nnAlterations to my serious medications are made without any discussion with me. I think it is time this place is reviewed as an EMERGENCY for all patient safety. I dread to think how many people have lost their life from sheer incompetence from the way things are run here.
Having problems receiving my prescriptions. One receptionist hard work! Last collection I had to see Doctor to renew repeats and receptionist told me ‘emergencies only’ and not to bother phoning next day because it’s emergencies only and gave me a lecture about the more needy patients. Also told me to ring before 9 am which I did, long queue. Horrid receptionist everyone complains about her. Two items of my prescription I managed to collect from the chemist. No prescription this time. Had to stop taking my main tablets over the weekend. This went on for months. What is going on with the health service?
