Currys team valley..... visited today and bought two laptops. Sales assistant Tom served me. This young man had me in tears. Not sad tears it was because he was so nice patient and so helpful, very rarely have I found this in other stores. Tom explained everything as I don't have much knowledge on laptops. I would definitely visit this store again because of him, I really hope Currys appreciate this young man, he's a credit not only to the store but to himself. Thank you so much h Tom.
I was charged for delivery and then delivery showed up with shoes covered in full dirt due to rain. That's perfectly fine but they were not allowed to take them off for safety; so I paid 50£ just for them to bring it to my door
Shocking!!! Was trying to buy a monitor with home delivery, system crashed at the payment stage. Took money out but did not generate an order and no receipt. Was told I get money back within 2-3 days. After 5 days and no money back, went to the store to be told I need to wait another 2-3 days. Store manager Sean is very rude, never heard an apology but was told that he expects an apology when I get money back eventually, the money THEY took out of my account!!! He finished a conversation saying I will not receive any paperwork for this incident and need to wait then turned his back on me, no "thank you", no "sorry". Absolutely shocking
Placed an order online, early October, to collect at this store. I went to collect it, to be told that for reasons unknown, as the item was in stock, my order had been cancelled. The money, for my purchase, had been taken off my card, it took two and half weeks of stress, hassle, numerous phone calls and e mails to get my money refunded. Staff, in store, where adamant there was nothing they could do to help! Four weeks later, I placed another order, to collect in the same store, the same thing happened again. Order cancelled, money taken, again staff, in store, unable to help. This time I refused to take customer don't care excuses and insisted my money was returned ASAP, but it still took six days, to get a refund. I most definitely will not be shopping with Currys again, absolute nightmare or a company to deal with.
Sales person here was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get a phone ordered using the gift cards I was given for christmas. Store was quiet but it was Sunday morning and had just opened. Prices are brilliant and loads of choice for all your electricals, mobiles, tablets, tvs, washers, dryers, etc. Order didn't take long to get to store for collection. Would use them again.
Bought a washing machine, paid for delivery and installation. Delivery man showed up very nonchalant and seems to be in a rush to leave. He said the installation pipe we had is too short and asked that we should buy a longer one and that he is coming back to complete the job. I asked him if he could avail us his phone number which he vehemently refused and rather said he would ring me at dinner time and then come in to finish the job as he is only working around my area. I waited till 1pm without hearing from him, then decided to call their customer service who eventually told me that the technician said I was supposed to be ringing him back to agree on time he would be coming back which is a blatant lie coming from someone who refused to give his contact number. He left my kitchen in disarray, job undone and had the temerity to lie about the situation just to cover his back. I have never been so frustrated as went back to the store who only suggested that a new installation date should be booked for the job. Hopefully the company management could see this and have a glimpse of what some customers are being put through. Devastating is an understatement!
Excellent customer service from a young lady ,who doesn't work Sunday's. Forgot her name. Arranged for a replacement tv at a nearby store. Went above and beyond in my opinion.
Visited the store today to buy a new washer. We spoke with Carl who could not have been more helpful if he tried. He was patient with us, answered all our questions, talked through each of the washers we were interested in. Customer service was excellent which is hard to find these days
Just bought a LG oled TV on the 6th October 2022 from team Valley store and have to give 5 stars to Anthony the sales assistant. Very patient with us and great knowledge of all TV's not pushy at all. Great Customer service from him. Thankyou Anthony
Great customer service and help from Cameron today whilst trading my phone and getting a Pixel 7. Cheers!
