started off quite impressed with the sales woman's product knowledge. This was quickly replaced with annoyance when having to make two extra trips to the store following incorrect information given. I would NOT recommend this store. Was also told by an older sales woman that the manager was on holiday for two weeks however she soon found him out back when I pointed out they had given my personal information out incorrectly and without my permission to a courier company with no connections after calling me a liar and only when I produced phone and voice mail proof . I will never shop here again. I never review or make complaints !
Disgusted with the experience we had in this store. Ordered through a member of staff who was very polite and friendly and at payment asked if we could use our vouchers and he asked another member of staff who was very rude and awkward and the whole time just stood in the corner glaring at us! He did try and sort out vouchers out but the other member of staff was adamant he wouldn't accept them!!! The computer froze luckily as they had orderd the wrong item. When the correct item was ordered we Got told it was going to be delivered the next day so arrived next day to pick it up and it wasn't in store ready for us. Another rude member of staff to deal with, no sorry, no help, nothing! Disgusting customer service from a lot of the staff there
Completely disgusted with currys. I spend nearly 1000 pounds on dishwasher and washing machine and pay for installation but 3 days later I notice a dent down side of dishwasher and it is a big dent as door is slightly off line. I contacted them straight away and then said because I didn't contact them within 48 hours I can't do anything about it. Completely disgusted with them. Certainly won't ever shop with them again. Last time I bought from AO appliances online and it was a perfect transaction. Will certainly use ao from now on. And I advice others to as well.
Extremely pushy. Came in wanting to spend some money but left as a result. Ended up going to Argos - they've suprisingly got a much larger range and there's nobody there trying to upsell at every possible opportunity. One of the worst shopping experiences I've had in my life.
Staff very helpful had new curved 4K tv would only play USB for around 6 minutes screen would freeze then kick you off and go back to main menu these TVs are supposed to play them they ordered me new tv which arrived 40 minutes ago tv up and running guess what exact same problem so people beware when buying Samsung tv it don't do what its supposed to do everything seems ok with everything else
WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS STORE FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE STAFF BE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE AND HELPFUL. NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR MR CHEESEMAN AND HIS TEAM AND WE MUCH PREFER USING THE WITNEY STORE THAN THE BIGGER STORE IN BOTLEY. THE ONLY ISSUE I CAN THINK OF THAT NEEDS ADDRESSING, AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFLECTION UPON THE WITNEY STORE, IS THE RIDICULOUS SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING PURCHASES THROUGH OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT. THE SYSTEM IS BOTH TIME CONSUMING AND CONFUSING FOR ALL INVOLVED AND NEEDS TO BE EITHER LINKED TO THE NORMAL SYSTEM OR REPLACED ENTIRELY WITH A SYSTEM THAT IS BETTER FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Great local friendly service. Little shop but can get anything from the web the next day to the shop.
03/03/2018 didn't open till 11 am and the staff was so rude and moody me and my girlfriend was shocked how rude the staff were 2 men ipaticula never will I be shopping there again!!!
Same as ever but where else do you go for electric appliances of computers
