Went into buy a vacuum cleaner band ended up going to Argos, 2 staff members thought having a discussion about a night out was more important than helping a customer.

If 0 stars was an option, I would go for that. Went in to buy an all-in-one printer. 5 staff on the floor busy chatting while I was the only customer in the shop - no one bother to ask if I needed help as I was looking at different models for about 10mins. Brilliant customer service... NOT!

Wanted to buy a projector with flexible credit which they can do in any store, but was sent to another place instead, wasting about 2 hours. Normally they close at 6, but closed at 5 today which is not specified online.

Terrible service, no one offers help when you enter the store and they keep sending you to another person like if no one there is qualified enough to do their job. Very disappointed.

Good store good location very helpful staff who have the perfect mix of being helpful but not in your face. Well done for that you have no idea how important that is. Great selection of products too
