Been here a few times.  Once for a fridge freezer and oven.  Then to get a laptop.  Now  the person who I asked for help  assumed I had a small budget and was showing me the cheap laptop's and saying that ' you don't want that one, way to expensive '. So my only options after that conversation was 2 laptop's.  Eventually he said you should try online.  I did and I purchased from a different company.

Store well stocked yet the staff is far from professional. When you finally get spotted and approched, knowledge level is pretty poor. All they do is to sell more and cant advise on any technical aspects whatsoever. Eg Asked for a difference between 2 headphones. The answer was one is latest model and another has been in stock for a while. A bit of a joke. I suggest some reading at home or during free time on items they sell.

No more hassling for buying warranty anymore. Sometimes need to wait for a staff member if you can find what you want. Great location.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service.

I recently opened the box to unpack my fridge freezer bought from Currys and there are a number of dents in the front door. I had builders in my house so waited til now to open it incase it were to get damaged. As it's now over the 30 days, the customer service team at Currys PC World are unwilling to replace or compensate in any way. I've had average wait times of over 30 mins to speak to members of staff. Appalling customer service.

Waited an age to get served, items that they say they have in stock online they do not have. With service like this is it any wonder Amazon is thriving
