Really knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Even saw some tech I had no idea existed, check my video.nIve bought a lot from here, phones, accessories etc, it's still really great to walk around and see items in person. I so shop online mainly but I do value being able to see and test a product. If it's something big I typically find it online at Currys website and then order for store pickup.
Iam giving this store 5 star not because of the quantity of items but because the staff are amazing and soo helpfull and very very supportive i would like to point out JENNY was the best sales assistant ive ever dealt with in currys. Jennys character,communication,friendly approach,help would definitly make me recommend this store to everyone.thank you
Called today and purchased an upright fridge / freezer and a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones. The shop was relatively busy. There seemed to be quite a few members of staff but they were all serving so we had to wait for about 15 mins until a retail assistant became free. The staff are friendly and helpful. The items we needed were in stock. The fridge freezer is being delivered next Wednesday...free delivery. I paid extra £20 for the old freezer to be taken away. No delivery time is given, a full day slot is allocated but they send a text to confirm time on the day.nA lift is available in store as most household items are on the first floor.
Secret shopper.nWent in their spent 20mins looking about, waiting on staff to ask could they help. No one approached me. As I walked around their was 3 members of staff in the laptop area throwing a sticky ball and bat around then stood there laughing as one throw it and it stuck by cctv camera and laughed as they said they leave it their as they could not be bothered to remove it. I walked through them to see if they would offer help no not a sign. So walked right out the door would not be going their again manager needs to kick his staff into gear
I collected my online order only to find it was incorrect so I returned the item to the store and the customer service insisted I would have to drop the item off at a DPD collection for return. So I did as they said and was reassured the correct item would be sent for me to collect as soon as the item was back with the distribution centre. Many days later I hadn't heard anything so I went back to the store and they were on help whatsoever.nOver two weeks later and many trips to the store and lots of phone calls plus web chats for some reason they cannot send me my item so I've had to settle for a refund which I am still waiting for.nDon't trust this company they are not very helpful when things go wrong.nTo make things worse the order wasn't even for me it was for my son and since we sent the order back he's asked me every day if I've heard anything.nOne thing I will say all the people I spoke to at Currys were nice but none of them actually did anything to resolve the issue.nIf someone important reads this at Currys can I have my £400 back please I've been waiting over two weeks now.nOne big massive fail for Currys.
