Spoke to Nidal and Abid in the tv department in Rotherham and they provided exceptional customer service. I was impressed with their knowledge and advised me on an amazing hisense tv. They even stayed after there shift had ended to help me out honestly cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely brilliant
Came to curry’s today for a laptop, was served by a trainee who was fine however his colleague who was supporting him was very disrespectful towards my dad. I didn’t get the name of the colleague as her name was not on her badge. She had whispered something to her colleague which I overheard her say ‘just do this as he doesn’t understand’ I found this very disrespectful and condescending towards my dad. Overall I was not happy with the service as the laptop we had been given was incorrect and did not feel satisfied with the service received. Went to return the laptop on the same day and was met by Darren who was lovely and helped us find the laptop which was only available at another store.
Visited today 16 August 2025 and Matthew was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and so helpful and made me really understand what I was buying and giving me the best options for what I wanted. Such a big help when I was lost and didn't know what to really look for. Thankyou so much! Staff are really nice and knowledgeable and everything is easy to find! Would recommend any day! :
Really knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Even saw some tech I had no idea existed, check my video.nIve bought a lot from here, phones, accessories etc, it's still really great to walk around and see items in person. I so shop online mainly but I do value being able to see and test a product. If it's something big I typically find it online at Currys website and then order for store pickup.
Totally no customer service stood in computer area making it obvious I needed help ,staff totally ignored me , so much for the flash adverts on TV . In reality staff have no interest in customers or sales. Same upstairs with freezers .
