Customer service was an awful experience today. We received a voucher 3th February that we should have got 15th December.The voucher was to be paid into my account as part payment for a TV we purchased in December. That was the deal. But customer service had other ideas. " Purchase the TV today and they would deduct the voucher from the invoice ". We purchased a top of range £1700 TV paid in full. The voucher was £1000. Is there something we're missing here? We left bewildered, with the voucher.
I have made a lot of purchases from currys in the past and likely will continue to as where else do you go for Tech. Problem is they have very little stock in store. I went to get a camera and there were next to none in stock Staff where very helpful and did their best to try and help. Even recommending other stores where I could get one which I did and was successful so 5 stars to the staff but poor to the store
Seldom leave a negative review but I called here on Tuesday after being unsuccessful in getting a member of staff free on Sunday. There was a gent who was already waiting and after 20 minutes a staff member appeared. She served the gent and I stood beside the desk at the washing machines where they were both sitting. When she finished she totally ignored me and served another couple!! I went to another staff member and asked if someone could help i had been in the store 40 minutes, she wandered off and came back and said no. I said that the other girl had completely ignored me and that the service was appalling to which she replied 'whatever' and shrugged her shoulders. You lost the sale of a washing machine and a microwave. I'll not be back!!
Absolutely pathetic customer service today from Matthew and his manager. Too busy talking to each other and ignoring customers and the when called out on their lack of customer service Matthew dared to tell me I was rude. No help at all. I wouldn’t bother going to this store. Shop somewhere else. If I could give a zero star review I would. All the stories about how bad this store is are true.
I don't leave bad reviews very often but what a tw$t the onfloor manager is. The big fella. First of all he seemed to take great delight in ignoring me until I interrupted him. Then he took even greater delight in finding a way of declining a price match with John Lewis on an iron. Apparently it has to be available for delivery within 8 days rather than the 8 that JL were going to take? No wonder everyone thinks they have such bad customer service.
I had more knowledge of the products they were selling than the staff. Staff were unable to answer any questions I asked and couldn't provide me with any further information on the computing products and accessories I wanted to buy.
Large variety of products etc. Dislike the fact that you can not go a handful of steps without being constantly asked "are you OK there can I help you" Update: visited today. Despite telling sales assistant I required no help, I was followed up and down each aisle. The hard sell is extremely off putting
Doesn’t open to 10am watched so many potential customers leave due to this. Carphone Warehouse have their own hours. Wasted previous day being sold incompatible accessory and now another wasted journey to return it and no staff to do refund!! 3rd time!! Best avoid and save yourself from wasting time.
A guy called Harvey was excellent, he remembered me from a previous visit and was more than helpful. I would rate my visit 10 out of 10. Thank you curry's
Had a bit of a mix up with a click and collect order but the worker who assisted me was extremely patient and helpful in getting everything sorted
