I got a botched delivery and I never receive complimentary items from Gordon's I went in today and the chemist said my complimentary items where mixed up with another patient this has been an issue for a long time.. 
My delivery was given over the phone Monday and sangers had said it's the chemist fault ,, also the consultation room should be an ups drop of zone to offer descreet deliveries I'm not fond of this chemist at all and I'll be using other services it's never a happy environment,

Great selection of products and at a good reduced price on most, the staff were very friendly & chatty. I did not have to wait for long to pay despite the queue.

Staff unhelpful almost on the edge of being rude. No please no thank you. Didn't even look at me. Not a pleasant shopping experience. Will definitely not be returning.
