I was looking to replace my TV as it recently broke down. On 02.05.26 I went to Curry's and found that they had a large stock of the type I was looking for.  The sales consultant who advised me on the best purchase was friendly,  knowledgeable and professional in his manner.  He helped me through with my sale and kept within my budget as well as making me feel at ease. Through his efforts I would definitely use them again.

I have always found shopping online and comparing prices at Currys really easy and affordable. They have all the top brands and generic options, from phones to TVs, laptops and carpet cleaners. I have used their website to order and collect several times and it's always someday and smooth. Our last big purchase was last month, easy online shop and financing, friendly and helpful staff when we came in to collect our bulky item. The warehouse guy brought it right out to the car. You have to show ID and your purchase email if you're collecting online orders, the store os really big with everything in storez if you want to check out tech/electricals etc, and staff to ask Q's and advice. They always offer insurance or replacement coverage. We actually had to call about a missing part from our purchase and the helpline was so useful and a new part was delivered in 2 days. Currys are my go to for household items, gifts and gaming. The Kingsway site has loads of parking and transport links.

Purchased a heat pumps dryer and under the counter oven both to be delivered and installed today.  Paid in full and explained that we were without an oven so speed was the essence.  Yesterday received a text confirming oven was set for delivery on 20th not as agreed for today. Contacted business team Lee who orinal sale was with and following numerous chases he had resolved confusion and would be installed today.nDryer was delivered but no oven in sight. Rang Dundee business team 9am and despite many promises of return calls and constant chasing no one has rang with a resolution. This has got to be the worst service from Currys I have ever received.  I've been a business customer for many years and spend a lot each year. No one is bothered and no one can supply contact names and numbers for me to escalate this fiasco to.nOne star rating is too high.

Nice sized store, reasonable selection. Plenty of assistants to ask questions, not pushy. Overall good experience and service. Pricing on good brands was exactly the same as online retailers.nI would recommend that if products are available in your local physical stores and pricing is the same or not too much more than online then as shoppers we should support physical stores that employ real local people.nI would recommend shopping at this Curry's if you live in or near Dundee.

Disappointing and Annoyed is an understatement at the aftersale team especially when thier delivery team damage your property.nnWe had a fridge freezer delivered on Tuesday morning,nOn arrival I said to the delivery guyswhich were friendly to watch my flooring as i didn't need it damaged.nAfter getting the fridge in and they took thier picture to say it had been delivered they left. When I went through to look at the new fridge and get the packaging off I noticed that they have damged it in two places and ripped my flooring in another.nI called curry's team to report this and was advised to wait 72 hours and someone would be in contact this was at 1015am Tuesday morning.fast forward to Friday 11.25am still no contact from a member of staff so I called the team again and was advised to wait a further 24hours as there had been a delay, and someone would definitely be in contact. were now at 31 hours and still no call back, now into 5 days and curry's have failed to respond.its utterly disappointing that after a good sales person in shop that the aftersales team are uncontactable and won't call me back to discuss the damage to my flooring.
