I took my laptop for a quick overhaul and they where really fast and exact. Fair enough pricing. And I found them sincere and frank in the diagnosis.  I notice they buy and sell second hand laptops also if it is your interest.

I wish i could give no stars.
Well what to say i am not very happy i had my LG TV away to get by them.
They said they could not find anything up with  it but when i got it back i took it out the box and they had cracked the back of my tv and put a dent in the bottom of my TV i am not very happy with them i would not recomenned you let them fix anything of yours as it will not get fixed it will come back more broken.

Great experience with Ancrum having dropped off a faulty Panasonic wireless speaker which was still in warranty. Brilliant service and problem fixed in a couple of days. Thank you!

George came to repair our Samsung TV (under warranty). Very helpful, gave us lots of tips of how to get more from our 'smart' TV. Very patient with two OAP's.  Great service.

great service,friendly,ancrum electronics ltd,sent tv repair man to my house in fife,i think his name was george,my samsung,tv,was dark at top of tv screen,and on the wall,my tv was still under warranty,the repair man,took tv,off the wall lay it down,on table,with cover,and fixed it,then put back on wall mount,under 1 hour,superb,phoned samsung,regarding problem,and because still under warranty,they contacted,ancrum electronics,and sent someone out within a few days,would recommend,this company,for tv repairs,great service,thanks,ac ltd.
