This is my first time visiting this currys, and I had a wonderful customer experience!! I wanted to get a laptop for someone as a present, and Alfie assisted me in finding the right product throughout the process. He is very friendly, patient and professional! Will definitely come back again!
Had a disappointing experience, I was looking to buy a specific laptop and website showed it in stock. A member of staff told me it was here but he needed a specific member of staff to sell me the laptop and it would be a 10 minute wait. That was fine but after 20 minutes of waiting I approached again and was told one staff was with a customer and the only other person who could sell me a laptop was setting up displays and I was better off coming back the next day!nFair enough if your staff are busy but there were three members of staff standing around while the one who could help did laptop displays rather than actually sell a laptop to a customer? Needless to say I won't be returning tomorrow.
I came in to buy a laptop, they were busy which I do understand so I didn't mind waiting around. Chad was lovely and even though he was with a customer, he reassured me that he would come to help me straight after. He looked up the item I wanted and unfortunately it wasn't in stock, however, he compared specs for me and helped me to find an even better one for a similar price, which really helped me feel at ease. Thank you Chad
Met with young April who was working on the ‘repair’ counter. Very, very user friendly, sorted out the problem with our Sony Bravia t.v. very quickly. Can’t recommend her enough, she’s an absolute credit to your Company. Thank you April
Since getting the creation finance approved it make shopping here cost effective. I can spread the payments interest free and it also boosted my credit score. Ideal if looking for tech for Christmas. Loads of free parking here and helpful knowledgeable staff.
