Pat Tuck, Sarah & Danielle - highly recommend! We were recommended Cunningtons Chelmsford for our first purchase in 2013, by family who had also used the firm for conveyencing purposes. With such a brilliant service provided by Pat Tuck, we knew we would be returning clients in the future. We have now completed on our sale & purchase using Cunningtons again, Pat Tuck, Sarah & Danielle have been brilliant throughout & I highly recommend them and Cunningtons. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always available when needed & got back to me quickly with anything I required. Not planning the next move yet! But when we do, we will be returning to Cunningtons for their help once again.

I have used Pat at Cunningtons for 2 house moves now, and I can't recommend them enough. Pat's efficient, keep's you posted through email, phone and text, and on both occasisions really represented my interests and needs. The best compliment I can give Pat and her team is the person who bought my last home was stunned at the level of service I received compared to the service they did, night and day!
