Mother had her will and LPA sourced here. Very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend. Parking is local but cost about £3. We used our time to wander around the shops after completing the business at FJGs.
Avoid at all cost! We had a straight forward querie regarding our Leasehold Apartment. We put £500 on Account and were given a Trainee Solicitor, Josh. We had to constantly chase for a response. The response when, we did get it, was 5 pages of waffle, which did not answer any of our questions and actually looked like he had Googled the answers. To make matters worse, the Associate Solicitor upheld this when we complained. He did not even want to clarify or discuss any of the points which did not make any sense. Very poor. We reported them to the Law Society
We used FJG Chelmsford for the purchase of our first house. I would highly recommend this firm. In particular Lauren, our Solicitor there , was amazing from start to finish. She continually kept us in the loop. She was professional and friendly and I cannot thank her enough for her help. Would highly recommended this firm.
Myself and my husband visited to complete our wills. A great team of people work here making you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door, from the receptionist staff to Lauren Hancock who had complete professionalism throughout the completion of our will. Lauren provided us with great advice and made us feel much more confident that our matters are in order should anything happen to either one of us. Thank you FJG solicitors and to Lauren for her outstanding support during the process. Highly recommend!
Really good service! Used them for conveyancing. Would definitely use again. Hayley S. was really helpful and fast in her responses. Paul T. was absolutely instrumental in getting everything sorted as quickly as he could and demonstrated great patience with a client that had a great deal of questions to ask. Once again - thank you.
Needed sound legal advise and certainly received that from FJG Chelmsford & in particular Lauren, our Solicitor there, who went the extra mile to assist. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient service from the start. Cannot recommend highly enough based on our experience.
