As a consultant with my own limited company, I was disappointed to discover that my old bank wouldn’t provide a new mortgage. After leaving full time employment - by choice -  my recent income through my company had been unstable. Some good years. Some not so good.

I approached Crunch Mortgages and the process was simple and effective and quickly delivered a mortgage that was just as good as I’d had before. We literally had no problem with the mortgage process and everyone was aware of the company accounts so there were no surprises.

18 months later, waking up each morning to look at the sea, still delighted so felt it was worth a review! Thanks!

Estatic with the service provided by Crunch mortgages. Jamie was my Broker and was very helpful in finding the right mortgage with the given circumstances (self employed). Jamie followed up and was available regularly at all times and made the whole process of getting a mortgage easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to make the whole mortgage process easy and stress free. Top Job Crunch and Jamie 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I honestly can't believe these negative reviews. Without their help and support I'd be screwed. I know where I am all the time with my finances all the time when I need it. I feel more secure than ever before and the guys at the end of the phone or email haveLwaysbeen so helpful and made it so easy for me to understand what I owe and when.

These reviews seem weird and ppl that haven't given crunch a chance. 

You want a personal friendly service that care, then use crunch. 

If you ignore ignore email reminders from your accountant then good luck to ya

If I could rate 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE CRUNCH. I was with crunch for three years. In that time they consistently failed to provide good advice, their systems fail regularly, and bugs in their system inaccurate file with HMRC. 

Finally we were forced to move away when they couldn’t undertake basic checks for a director. 

While they are pleasant, if you value your business you will find a more established provider who does not bespoke their software. 

It’s clear their business model is to squeeze the small business market into a numbers game where quality doesn’t always follow through.

DO NOT JOIN CRUNCH - Honestly, I would never go to the effort of writing a bad review but for crunch it was worth making a Gmail account for to try and save others the time.. 

Firstly they completely lied about the service I would receive, made me go on the most expensive package and still managed to fail doing absolutely anything for me what so ever. They are not accountants that work there. They are people that just know how to use the software that will probably get a sweaty back if asked to do anything accountancy related.  

Instead of paying 115 or whatever a month, just go to a local accountant that you can meet and it will probably be less. Call centre customer service for a business man needing help, is not a real solution.

These guys have completely ruined my taxes and left me in the muddle, instead spending some time with me on the phone to help me out they actually agreed I should leave.
