Appalling, rude, arrogant, totally unprofessional, no wonder fee demanded in advance.

Agutter Associates failed to file our company's corporation tax return on time. When we received a letter containing a fine from HMRC, we contacted them, they admitted the mistake and agreed to pay the fine.  One year later, it turns out the HMRC fine was never paid and Agutter Associates still will not reply to any emails about this.  We had also emailed to let them know we would be moving accountants for unrelated reasons and requesting access to details that the new accountants needed to take over. Helen, the owner of Agutter Associates, immediately stopped replying to any emails despite numerous follow-ups.
