I have used Crucible in the past to sell off a number of buy to let properties and my own home. Angela and her team have always been professional and friendly. With excellent local knowledge and a personal touch this estate agent goes above and beyond expectation. Highly recommended!

Great service from Crucible. Putting our house on the market with them was so easy and it sold just over a week later. Unfortunately we subsequently had a horrible experience due to issues further up the chain but managed to get through it, and now have a date to move into our new family home. Big thank you in particular to Angela for great advice, and trying to do what she could for us in a difficult situation.

Stephen and Jakob came out last week to have a look round a student let my family own. They showed fantastic knowledge and understanding especially with 7 students being in the property whilst they was there. The valuation and fees they proposed to my self was really fair and would definately recommend them to any one in the future.

I had my house valued a long time ago now with this company and never got any pressure or pushed to sell my house I have just called and spoke to a Jacob? He was really really helpful and again didn’t push me into any thing I didn’t want to commit to, really good company and would recommend to any one from my experience
