Had a lovely weekend staying here at Crowtrees caravan site. Really handy with the local shop and chip shop within a short walk and so close to the manifold valley and Alton Towers. We spent a day in the beautiful market town of Ashbourne which was only a few mile drive. The Manifold trail was perfect for a nice and quiet walk and cycle with it being sheltered so even when it was raining we could still be outside (the cafe half way does fabulous cakes)!  There was 3 local pubs, all with real ales,  within walking distance which was perfect for getting the dogs out. 

Highly recommend this site. Caters for families perfectly too.

Beautiful caravan site ran by a lovely family, the facilities are pristine and wheelchair accessible. Stunning views from every pitch and all amenities in close distances with main attraction such as Alton towers, black brook zoo and the manifold trail a short drive away. Fantastic country pubs nearby including the red lion, the crown, the yew tree and the cross inn to name a few. I would highly recommend this site for a holiday or a short weekend break for all the family!!

Lovely and level with fully serviced pitches (hard standing). Friendly welcome. Shower and toilet block clean and as new. Laundry facilities. Takeaway, shop and pubs in walking distance. Just outside National Park.  Would stay again. £15 per night Inc EHU.

Excellent site, great facilities in an ideal location to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside. Everything we needed on hand with friendly owners who did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended! Many thanks Craig, Ruth & Charlie

The site is set in a beautiful spot, close to the glorious town Ashbourne and the lovely market town of leek. It has excellent walking in the moorlands and good local amenities within a few minute walk; a shop, 3 pubs with fantastic food and a chip shop. Within a few minutes drive there is a brilliant Indian restaurant with superb food. The manifold valley is a shot walk through the picturesque village of Waterhouses. The local people are extremely friendly and helpful.
