I love this place. Friendly, helpful staff. The gym has a hand bike, which I find useful. Very accessible for the disabled. I've seen wheelchair athletes on the track. Good, clean showers/changing facilities and lockers.
Play fives a sides every Friday night very friendly staff would recommend
Phoned a couple of days ago to see if they were open to use the running track. Was told yeah we are now open for members of the public. Came through today 35 minute journey to use the track and was told I needed to book via the app ‍. Next available session 4pm. Thats a 2 hr wait so no thanks. Oh well 35/40 mins back to Dumbarton I go. Thanks for that. Next time maybe make sure you tell people about the app .
Great selection of beers. 12 real ales in addition to the usual Tennents and Stella e.t.c. Bit dearer than Wetherspoons hence the 4 stars. Does good bar food. Altogether a great pub!

I go here every week to train with the disability sports team. I love it I've been going since I was around age 7 and I'm 14 now
Very good gym for workouts to fit ur needs also other sports for young ones as well fitba etc
Awesome gym and sports if you don't like busy places
The facilities are brilliant the football pictures are so clean and good it is good to hire happich and the staff are brilliant
Yeah very friendly staff, one of the coaches is not a very nice person, needs a personality check.
