We really enjoy coming to this venue situated within the Intu Shopping Centre. A really friendly atmosphere. All staff helpful and pleasant. This is a small arena so not as many toilets. Always clean and no queues. Away fans seating area well maintained and plenty of leg room. We will be back.

was at the ice skating on Monday 18/12/2017, was a very welcome reception, the girl was very friendly, helpful and seemed to be enjoying her job. the two men handing out the ice skates again were talking you through how to put the boots on and making sure they fitted correctly. once on the ice, the was four helpers keeping an eye on everyone, keeping the ice safe, there was also 2 first aiders present, so this venue really does take health and safety to the core. my only negative was at the end when we came to hand our skates back in there was only 1 man to receive the skates, this coursed a queue, but it wasn't a long wait. all in all, was very well staffed and friendly night, and i would go again 100%, and would recommend it 100%

Great views all around the arena however the entrance through the shopping centre is very strange. Only one set of doors leading from the arena to the foyer and one set from the foyer to the exit, which becomes extremely crowded when 4000 people try to leave at the same time .

Just a place that has everything u would want. Shopping eating hotels and sporting events / concerts in the arena just a great place to visit

my self and friends attended the darts on Sat 5 Nov 17 probably the worst venue we have been to VERY COLD no atmosphere que for drinks was ridiculous toilet provision poor in general it was not worth the trip. we have seen the darts in Ireland europe blackpool mlnehead and this was so dissaponting will mot go back
