APPALLING!!!!! My daughter was beaten up by 3 women in town. We were not given any information or advise nor did we have contact with anyone from the cps until the court case. The barrister was old and appeared to be ill informed and we lost the case after my daughter and her 2 friends had been literally crucified by the 'other side' We felt my daughter was not well represented and she was made to look like the criminal. Someone had even been through my facebook and made note at my anger that the 3 women had been released after being questioned A MONTH after it had happened. The 3 women then came out of court laughing and mocking my daughter and our family saying we were just after the money. I never even claimed thecar parking fees or lunches.
