Do not trust them, staff use vulnerable people's lack of understanding/state of distress to mislead them regarding GPDR and data protection. You can request copies of all and any notes/information pertaining to yourself verbally in person or on phone and in writing email or handwritten however staff will try to flatly tell you that you must hand write and post your request for your notes to them and they will then consider the request they can't deny this request but will try to make it seem like they can and this is the only way to do it - this is a lie and reception should have information request forms for people to complete Photographic ID will be needed BUT reception staff in this place is abysmal and don't seem to want to do anything but chat about who's in which side room and what's going on with them very nice to hear when your waiting to go into one of those side rooms, I wonder what they'll be saying about my personal situation?? ... I now know why this staff member tried to block me from accessing my notes as they are full of blatant lies. Do not trust anyone from this place regardless of how 'nice' they seem.
Service absolutely shocking the receptionist a total joke hanging phone up and been very cheeky also not put me through to the person I wanted and arguing with me and I was a patient of there's I wouldn't refer my dog to.here
This is a mental health treatment centre so reviewing it seems a bit inappropriate. The building is nice and clean, there is a water cooler in the waiting room, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and, at least for me, the level of care has always been top notch with my main doctor who has helped me a huge amount and who I thankfully get on with very well which is a massive rarity with me and People in General. I am not comfortable reviewing the services of people I have had bad experiences with there as those experiences are, thankfully for me, in no way the norm.
Got referred by my drs crown house was no help at all referred me back to my drs and lied with the letter they wrote to the drs
I am getting support second to none xx thank you so much xx
Great for people with mental and other life problems. They do a great job.
