Only stayed for food. The bar was very packed but even so our burger and chips we had ordered arrived swiftly and was greeted well by the bartender at the time. Was also cheap which is always a good thing. Trouble came when the dessert was ordered. Unfortunately they seem to have a policy that desserts are done after every main has been served to everyone else. And when it finally was delivered it was of poor quality. Shame really as the main and speed were great for the main.

This hotel/pub is so accommodating. This is a lovely place to stay and all the staff are brilliant.Thanks so much have a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place to stay or just for a drink or meal. I ,myself can not wait to return

*This place is a must!* Popped in on our way home from Betwys Y Coed and couldn't have been happier. The staff were friendly and very helpful and did their utmost to make us feel welcome. The food at the Crown Hotel really was first CLASS and VERY reasonably priced. Our food was with us within 20 minutes and this is with the three of us (2 adults and one child) all having completely different things off the menu! Now some places can be a little overwhelming when it comes to the menu, but this place has it right. There are plenty of food options available and don't forget to look at the chalk boards above the bar! This place is definitely our new regular place to eat (whenever we pass through) and somewhere you HAVE TO TRY!

Nice old pub, awesome foods, even my lamb shank have run out of match potato but still very lovely and tasty.

Great service, amazing and friendly staff that are very welcoming regardless of where you're from! Rooms are great with new bathrooms (in our room at lesser, room 2). I recommend staying here! Scenery and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful!
