Love the look of the place. The nachos and chicken goujons were lovely. Service was not great, brought me the wrong meal and it took us 10-15 minutes each time we tried to get a servers attention. The part we were sitting in had a draft coming from somewhere, it was cold and there was rain dripping from the glass ceiling.
Was initially impressed with service, food arrived very promptly! I ordered a Caesar salad and he ordered the goats cheese and chorizo pasta which was different and lovely. The mojito mocktail was delightful. However after eating, we waited 25 minutes for any attention for our plates to be cleared to order dessert. For dessert, the rocky road brownie section tasted as if it had been in the fridge and thawed which wasn't pleasant, but the caramel and marshmallows were nice. The coconut tart which I had been looking forward to had no flavour of coconut and was just dark chocolate. After dessert, waited another 20 minutes. Staff were present but further down and really not doing much. When we finally received the bill, we were being sent to get cash as both card machines were broken! He went halfway down the street before being called back as they fixed the machine. Is pretty appalling for this to happen. I think they were just having a bad day, and the food presentation was lovely. However it just wasn't a great experience for us!
We booked a table and ate here 4 people on Friday 21st October at 7:30pm. Upon arrival 3 of the party were told to order straight away for a reason that was not made clear. I returned from the restroom to be told of this situation and the waitress, who has already removed the menus, made me order my food while still stood up. This was obviously very uncomfortable. To make matters worse we were told we had to have our starters and mains at the same time a reminder we booked the table and it was 7:30pm. Again we were not informed why but as it was clear we weren't wanted I didn't persist to find out the reason. The food in general was nice, however, my burger which didn't come with the cheese I'd asked for was average at best. Everyone else enjoyed their food. No dessert menus were offered after we finished but as it was apparent we were a burden we didn't bother to ask for one either. I've never been so offended paying a bill for somewhere that couldn't have cared less about our custom. If it wasn't apparent enough we weren't wanted I even messaged your website privately the following day and am yet to hear a response. I have resorted to posting this now as a way to draw attention to the awful service you provided. I am not looking for anything by way of this review as I shall not be returning. I just think others should know that there are better places to spend their money where they may feel appreciated for doing so.
This place is THE BOMB! There is also a recently renovated small boutique hotel attached where you never have to leave the property VERY SAFE called The Crown Quarter and another restaurant called Jaspers. Food was very good too on price and portions...I DARE you to eat that burger in one mouth bite...WOW! You cannot find a better location! The staff was stellar too!! The place is lively when events are happening. However, it's so well laid out that there of off rooms where you can sit in soft, colorful couches and be intimate. We happen to luck-in, check-in on the re-boot of their Drag Bingo Nite. This was a BLAST! It cost either 5 euros or 10 pp to play, it's worth every penny and watching is free, but WHY BE CHEAP?!? The hostess with da' mostest, Tina D'Parton is an original and was a hoot and truly talented. What a dancer! This dame has the chops, gams and is quite the looker in a dress and out. Prices are good. Staff is fast and friendly especially keen on Robert, Mathew, Emily...well, the whole damn krewe! Mister Juicy HIGHLY recommends as well.
Very disappointed service was non existent. We popped in today after reading all the good reviews we sat down at the bar and nobody asked do we want a drink or food. The people at a table across from us had ordered food and it looked lovely . The very young staff member that brought the food out couldn't even tell us what the soup of the day was . Eventually I asked another member of staff what the soup of the day was she did know and told me it was vegetable . And walked off . We waited for 15 mins and decided if you don't want our custom we will give it to someone who might appreciate it .
Had lunch in here last week and I was extremely disappointed. I had the chicken burger with bacon. I asked for no mayonnaise and it came out with loads of mayonnaise, the chips were a bit soggy, the bacon was not crispy and had a lot of fat on it. The bar itself is nice and the staff were fantastic. I'll be back for drinks but think I'll politely pass when offered a menu there.
Good atmosphere, friendly staff, great food
Barman more interested in serving his girlfriend and her 5 companions who had only arrived into the bar, than serving than serving the 3 customers who were waiting to be served. When pointed out to him he became very aggressive. Have since been back with my family since the manager responded to my review and have had no complaints. The staff are great, maybe I just got a dud on the night in question. Great atmosphere and clean toilets.

Very much disappointed with the service and food. Waited 3in to place an oder had to chase staff multiple times. While taking food order we asked for cocktail menu which never arrived, had to go pick up ourselves. Food arrived with no cutlers given, had to pick it ourselves, food was miserable will regret for spending and choosing this restaurant. Anyone plan to visit wexford please dont get impressed by their photos.
