Buying my Ford Fiesta from Crossways cars was both exciting and stress free. The salesman Frankie was very helpful and gave plenty of advice. The whole transaction was very smooth. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Bought a car June 2017, instantly had problems with the engine light coming on all the time. Contacted the company and they reassured me that they would diagnose and fix the problem. They did take the car in, after his dad being extremely rude to me and leaving me in tears. He apparently took it to a Vauxhall specialist and when picking the car up, only got down the road for the engine light to come back on. When being persistent with Frankie about the problem, I got such a rude response like as if I was pestering him. Pretty weird response when someone's just handed a large amount of money of over to you. In the end I completely gave up with him and his also very rude father and took the car to another garage. Telling them that Frankies garage diagnosed the car with having a problem with the sensor, i paid myself to get this fixed. This didn't stop the engine light from coming back on. It's been 10 months and The light is still on with no one able to diagnose it. I believe that there is a fault with this car but has been covered up by crossways. I'm already ready to get rid of this car but the persistent engine light being on is going to make this difficult. The car is jerky and slower than my previous car of the same make and engine size so feel like I've been ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place because once there's a problem, you get nothing but rude and timely responses, rude customer service and an unreliable car.

Brought my car from here, promised to carry out work on my car but never did as it had a few engine lights come on. Advertised the car with 10k less miles on it than it did. He come across as aggressive and very rude!! He doesn't reply to text messages. Stay away from this garage.!!!

This guy is a thief! I have paid this company £300 for a fully refundable deposit which was offered and promised by Frankie, since I cancelled the deposit he has not refunded the amount which he confirmed was being done. They don't answer to calls or Texts should you try to contact them. When we had finally heard from this joker he then denied us of this refund because we did not have in writing that he would honour his terms. Please feel free to contact us for proof of conversations and we will show you what kind of a fraudster this dodgey car dealer is.. Avoid at all costs and be careful of what you are getting yourselves into! There's tv programs about cowboy builders, if there was one about dodgey garages this place would be number 1. They're clearly buying poor quality car and fobbing them off as something they aren't. Wouldnt be surprised if they change their name soon or shut down shop.

We also had the situation where he would not give us our deposit back. We paid the deposit to secure the car until we got there as we where travelling from over 4 hours away to view the car that looked nice in the pictures advertised. When we arived at the agreed time of 9 am there was no one there. Around an hour later frankie and his friend arived in tracksuit bottoms and the other in jeans to then shows us the car but it wasnt there. We then waited a further half a hour for them to drive it from there "storage unit". This was as as we where parked on the road as there is no parking. When the vehicle arived we noticed there was some form of mark on every pannel. Not just chips but you could also see where the car had had a poor paint job prevously as the paint was flaking of on the front and rear bumpers as well as the drivers quarter pannel. I told frankie and his friend we would go for some food as we had travelled a long way and we will decide what we would like to do which they where happy with. After a long discusion between me and my partner we decide the car wasnt for us as it had obviously had a hard life and because we had a bad feeling about the garage which was soon confirmed. Frankie told us over the phone that the deposit was refundable if we did not like it but guess what. We asked for the deposit back for the above reasons and he said no. Luckily we was only still around 5 minutes away so we travelled back to the site. Frankie then told me again that he was keeping the deposit to which i said you cant do that. He then went on to say we had wasted his time. Within a few minutes he got very aggresive towards me so i did the same back. It then took me around an hour of me refusing to leave before he returned half of our deposit. During this hour frankie and his friend also theatened me with calling the police to which i said go ahead i have done nothing wrong and actually they will help me to then them theatening to remove me when they realised that didnt work. Luckily im not one to be intimidated by such theats. Avoid avoid avoid!
