Quality used cars and very helpful and friendly family run business
Perfect place to take my daughter for her first car, plenty of suitable stock and well-informed sales staff. Been driving the car for 3 months now and no problems. Warranty seems extensive and owner was very pleasant. Even gave us some money back for a"first time buyer". Very impressed.
this car is nothing like it is described, I drove 100 miles to collect this car, it looks as though it has been used as a van. filthy all over, covered in scratches, no parcel shelf, torn Interieor and damaged boot carpet. wheels have no edges left as so badly scraped. I called up beforehand and was told they car was immaculate apart from a mark the size of a fingernail. it was so bad i didn't even offer to negotiate the price. I read the reviews thinking this was a good honest place, I cannot imagine any of the reviews are real, the whole thing seems dodgy.
Can't rave about this company enough, very friendly family run business, we were there to buy my boyfriends first car and they were so helpful and honest! Brilliant service would recommend to anyone!
Both myself and my daughter have bought from this dealer and I am absolutely satisfied with the way they treat their customers, the cars are always of a good quality and the prices are very reasonable. the day after I bought my car I had to phone up with a query, the problem was sorted immediately , I will definitely be using them again
Excellent choice of cars.They were very helpful ,friendly and informative.This was the first car I have purchased myself and two months on,I am still very happy with everything. I would, and have ,recommended them to anyone looking for a car.
DO NOT buy from them. The cars aren’t properly checked and cleared, so they are full of issues. They say they are a small family business and that they will sort out any problems the car may have, but they never do. I’ve been dealing with them since December 2017 all I have are empty promises. They say anything to get you to buy the car, but they don’t follow through. After writing this review I called them again and they told me to get lost because of the review I wrote. If they were interested in sorting things out I would change my review for a good one. But that was never of their interest.
Customer service is great but.....car I bought has some issues, sold with air con - doesn't work. Spare tyre when tried to use had a big hole in. When filling up washer bottle find out it has a big leak. Leak in the roof where a seal is coming away. All little things that add up. As a single mum a car is very important. Paid over the odds for car in the first place and to have such problems is not ideal.
Amazing customer service, amazing people, top cars, 1st class service guaranteed without a fail. Definitely coming back. Great value for money. Highly recommended
My experience of used car dealerships is less than glowing I have personally learnt the hard way and it's an expensive learning curve I can hand on heart say this dealership has renewed my faith,well certainly on this dealership anyway i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company the family run business were extremely professional above all else they were honest not at all pushy we were made to feel extremely comfortable and felt free to view cars without pressure the after care was exceptionally good and this being the most important part as it's this that normally let's other dealers down!! Of course do your homework on the potential cars and I can honestly say what a pleasure it was buying from honest friendly people that were extremely professional so I would highly recommend this company and am confident from experience to say that.
