Excellent coaching brilliant at motivating everyone. Very inclusive for all levels of fitness. The best and friendliest bunch of people I have ever worked out with. I was hooked after only a few sessions and now train almost everyday. I would recommend JXL 100% to anyone. Give it a try you will love it....!!!

I don't say this about many things... But JXL has definitely changed my life! My friend recommended it. I wasn't sure it'd be my cup of tea, but went for a trial session and got hooked in almost straight away. Friendly people, no nonsense or posing about, great motivation from the coaches. Constantly varied sessions mean I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been simply by turning up 3 times a week. Easy. Do it!

I've been going to the 6am session at CrossFit JXL since October and absolutely love it. The early start allows me to do my fitness before the kids get up. Gary is a great coach and there's a really friendly atmosphere. After doing all my fitness alone for years, the community in JXL has me hooked. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing place to train with a total sense of community. I am totally hooked. For any level of fitness. I have progressed far more than I would have at an ordinary gym.
