Joined in late February this year and have loved every minute. Work outs are great,facilities are brilliant and coaches are amazing. There is a great community spirit at the club with everyone supporting each other. Dont be put off if you dont think youre strong or tough enough, they cater for all abilities and ages, you will be surprised how much youll improve. Cant recommend enough.

Highly supportive community built around instructed weight training and cardio sessions. There are about 8 people in each session so the trainers are able to give in-depth tuition and the other members are very friendly and supportive. I'd highly recommend trying 2 week the on-ramp course and you'll be hooked!

I could not recommend CrossFit Chiltern enough. I have been going 3 to 4 times a week for nearly 4 years and I love it. The coaches are all professional but also so much fun. The workouts are hard but each one is tailored for each person. Everyday is different. Throughout the lockdown Jeremy and his team have provided outstanding support to everyone. The remote classes are excellent so hopefully when we all return to normal I won’t have lost all my fitness and strength. Thank you Jeremy and everyone at CrossFit Chiltern.

CrossFit Chiltern is the best place to reach your fitness goals! The team are highly qualified and they deliver training safely to members with a broad range of fitness levels and experience. Most importantly Jeremy and the team have built a great fitness community and have a lot of fun along the way. Check them out, you won't regret it!

Real results and a fantastic community. Coaches are knowledgable and not in the slightest intimidating.  The WOD varies everyday with a differing focus on strength, gymnastics skills and cardio.  Workouts are adapted for each person based on ability, mobility, capability, age and fitness level.  For anyone interested in fitness, health and well being and genuinely what to change, there’s nowhere better than CrossFit Chiltern.
