Love this gym. Been here for over a year now. Yes it's small but there is plenty of cardio machines on the 2nd floor along with a large room which you can use when no classes on, a room for spinning bikes and a woman's only area which is small but has the equipment you would need. The ground floor has a large weights area and the changing rooms. It's a gym which has everything I need so big thumbs up because it doesn't need to be fancy with high tech machines to workout.

A great gym, friendly staff who are more than happy to help you, it's not just a job to them.
