My granddad was not well. He sometimes did not eat anything all day. We visited him everyday and started to take him fish and chips. The fish is freshly cooked to order at the Crompton Road chippy, in Macclesfield. The chips are very good too.  
It is easy to eat and swallow, easy to pick up and the smell seemed to get his digestive system going.
If you have a relative who is under the weather, especially an elderly person you must go to this chippy. They really try hard and make a difference. Great quality, great service and lovely people.

Traditional and delicious. Reasonably priced but odd opening hours. Check before going to avoid disappointment!

Great chippy, lovely people. Only loses a star because its so popular queues go out the door and its bloody freezing.
Indoor eating is available!!!!!!!!!!
