I try not to use GP practice as they always make you feel unwelcome and a nuisancenAfter 7 days my inflammation getting worse I rang in to book an appointment , medically ubtrained receptionist wanted to send me to pharmacy and initially refused an appointment.In the end I've pleaded for nurse phone call.nIf I could give 0 stars I would.
More chance of winning the lottery than managing to book a GP appointment. Absolute shambles. Just phone at 8AM and hope there is a slot, as nothing can be prebooked. Useless.
Absolutely diabolical, staff are useless, shutters are down past a certain time and you can't sign in so no one knows you're there
Can't thank the doctor enough for the help in getting my daughter straight into hospital without going through A and E as she has a learning disability and autism. Rang and was seen the same day. He was very thorough and compassionate. Turns out her appendix had burst and she needed surgery promptly.
Would give no stars if possible - absolutely horrendous service - had an appointment booked for 3.30pm to be called at 3.15pm on the day to be told this would be cancelled. The next appointment I was offered was in a months time. Complete waste of time
