This is supposed to be a place that heals people. Not true Doctors and the people who work here do not care. They only look after there own in shirebrook i.e if you're not shirebrook born n bred
Can't thank the doctor enough for the help in getting my daughter straight into hospital without going through A and E as she has a learning disability and autism. Rang and was seen the same day. He was very thorough and compassionate. Turns out her appendix had burst and she needed surgery promptly.
Bad organized health service. Waiting 2 month for one injection... because only one doc can give only 2 injection per day. ..its not a joke.. and you can stay with your pain. Health center for human being???
The B@#£&1rds tried to kill me. !!!! DENIED ME LIFESAVING TREATMENT, I HAD TO GO ABOVE THEIR HEADS, AND SEEK ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT. THE PRACTICE MANAGER THINKS SHE IS A DIETY, AND THlNKS SHE IS QUALIFIED IN MAKING CLINICAL DECISIONS. I WOULD OF BEEN DYING OF CANCER NOW, HAD I NOT SOUGHT PROPER MEDICAL ATTENTION. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE QUACKS TO ANYONE. THE DRS , ONE IN PARTICULAR, WAS SO RUDE, REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME ON A TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT . IF ZERO STARS WERE AVAILABLE, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE. RECEPTIONISTS ARE NICER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL, THAN THE SO CALLED DRS , THOUGH.
Would leave zero if I could... The worst physio I have ever seen or heard about: zero care about the patient or work, dragging money out of the NHS while helping nobody. No will of diagnosis nor treatment. Absolute lack of competency.
