Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I'm very grateful the town still has a real post office, even if it's occasionally on reduced hours, as otherwise I'd have to drive miles to find another. Thank you to the staff and to Tesco for keeping this open as banks and post offices close around the UK.
Dodgy handwritten note in window saying closed for lunch not what the post office have in mind I'm sure. Came back ten minutes after the time the note said and there was a queue of ten people and it was still closed. Decided to drive to a proper post office instead because if they can't be bothered to do any work I'm not going to trust them with my post. The Tesco also stank of weed...
I just phoned about a missing parcel that got taken there as delivery failed.The postman should have redelivered it 3 days ago.They will hold onto it for me to collect later.Really helpful on the phone and polite to..Excellent service
Open at inconvenient times for people who work full-time. The opening hours should be until 5.30 pm on at least one day of the week as 4 pm every day and 12.30 pm on a Saturday does not suit working people.
If it wasn't for the staff I would give this post office 0 stars! They are never open when they should be. We have lived in cricklade for over a year now and they are constantly blaming it on short staff. Sort it out!
Really rare this post office. Staff have only ever been friendly to us. Very helpful & efficient
