Good local pub with friendly staff.  OK for a quick beer while waiting for your bus.  Not exactly the place to take that special first date.

UPDATE:  Again I dropped in here because of a missed bus.  Unfortunately on this visit I was told that they do not accept cards?  I was told that there was an ATM, but as a disabled pensioner...that meant a walk of some 12-15 minutes...although the distance was under 150m.

But what was really amazing and is the reason for this update, is that one of the locals offered to buy me a pint...without ever having met me.

Points off for poor customer service...gold star for the big hearted local.  Thank you for the offer...which I didn't take up.
