This place! Hard to choose my favorites, but this is what you should try: cheese toastie, bacon&egg bap with peas, cardamom bun and ofc flat white or now in the heat - delicious house-made cold brew. But honestly, anything you go for will not dissapoint you
First time sat down for a coffee and a smoked salmon bagel. The bagel was great, service was lukewarm. Went back a second time - this time I had my baby in the pram. It was a bit difficult getting through the door with the two steps on the way, but I managed. The staff had their backs against the door and they didn’t notice me coming in, so it’s fair enough they didn’t offer to help holding the door open. On my way out however, after I had bought an expensive but mediocre sandwich to go, both women just stood there and didn’t bother to help me, even though I was clearly struggling! I’ve never experienced such apathy with any other business, let alone one that has such a high price point.
I would have liked to have been able to leave 4.5 stars. Coffee tastes really good, but not the best. I ordered a flat white with Oatly Barista which is my usual but never had one made so lacking in creaminess before. It was completely watery in texture. The barista did mention that the other brand of oat milk they use which I’d never seen before is easier to work with so maybe he just needs a little more practice with the Oatly. That being said I’d come here again. The shop has a chilled vibe, and the baristas are friendly and helpful. My colleague had a toasted sandwich and said it was a 7/10. A good experience overall.
Your definitive neighbourhood coffee shop serving up a small breakfast menu, pastries and selection of groceries, sourdough too. & coffee Food: 5/5
Lovely, friendly staff. Everything i've tried from here has been delicious & arguably the best hot chocolate in London. Highly recommend!
Dark Arts coffee, had a tasty and interesting espresso. Filter also available. Nice cakes too mulled apple cake . Friendly service, outdoor seating, it's all good
Very rude staff, went there this morning around 9:00 and the coffee shop was still closed, I didn’t realise it was close so I was struggling outside trying to understand. All the baristas inside turn their head and completely ignored me. First and last time I try to go to this place
Fantastic neighbourhood cafe, friendly staff, best coffee in London, bacon baps are absolutely killer. This place keeps me alive!
An impromptu find whilst waiting on a vet session. Great salmon & plenty of cream cheese bagel the amount of cheese maketh a and tasty strong coffee. Also was in the heatwave and staff were welcoming and A great find especially if your pets are having therapy at Village Vets on a regular basis!
Lovely place! Staff is very nice and know their product very well! Would recommend cappuccino and doughnut chocolate! Will come next time for sure!
