Creative Picture Framing is a family business with experienced and enthusiastic staff.
We aim to assist you with your entire picture framing requirements and to achieve a quality of excellence with all work being carried out to the best professional and ethical standards.

We have been a part of the Marylebone scene for many years and value the shared support we have with the local community.
The Gallery offers the most extensive range of frame, mount and glass samples from which to choose, we aim for best service every time which is practical, honest and friendly.

At CPF we have many high profile clients and can offer account facilities to business customers who require a speedy, reliable no fuss service.
Partner, Graham A Hunter (BA Hons) is an artist and uses his training and keen eye to ensure that the gallery is always stocked with innovative and interesting paintings and prints.

Lots of positive reviews of this place from a few years ago but they must have changed their staff. I went in speculatively to have a conversation about a number of pieces I needed framing and they were rude and dismissive. No constructive ideas, no desire to find a resolution, no desire to help. They must do great business with existing customers to stay open because they don’t seem to want new customers! Even ones looking to spend significant money…
This was the best framing experience I had. The service was exceptional - the team opened the door even though it was locked after hours, and helped me with an important project. I had a last minute job and they exceeded my expectations within a few minutes. They even advised me on how to optimize my photography project using a different store, although at the end I felt creative were the better option so I kept it local with them. So warm, and so accommodating. I’m truly grateful I stumbled across this lovely store and team.

Positive: they are indeed quite creative, and they have a *lot* of framing options more than other places I have been to. Also, they take covid19 social distancing more seriously than most, which was important for me. Negative: they are far too expensive for the service they provide. I took three smallish pictures to be framed with them, and it ended up costing £750, wheras it should have been £500 or less, based on my experiences with two other framers who have provided similar quality wood and glass museum/art quality, but just with fewer colour options. I only went to Creative Picture Framing this time rather than my usual as Creative Picture Framing is closer to where I live, and it opened sooner after lockdown, and I really wanted some recetly-acquired pieces to be framed. Bottom line: Creative Picture Framing is over-priced by about 50% for what they provide. I recommend Soho Framing or Frame Emporium as good alternatives.
I was incredibly excited to have this framers less than 5 minutes from my house however I have had nothing but huge disappointment. They couldn’t have messed me around more. I took 2 new identical pieces in for full framing - both came back with different sized frames / hanging wires at different levels and one piece was bubbled. The third piece was a frame repair - due to a staff change and misunderstanding of the job no handover they took away the old frame and completely reframed in a much cheaper poorer quiality frame than the original one - making the works look cheap and flimsy. They are also the most expensive framers in London. I’d avoid if I were you - and use Railings or Frame Emporium. Both complete professionals - great prices and high standard of work / finish.
Great attention to detail and helpful advice. The store has a huge selection of frames, borders etc, and everyone there is able to provide ideas and suggestions for whatever you take in, however big or small.
Framed a poster that was important to myself and was surprised at how great it looked when I went to collect. I was so impressed I have returned to them to frame five more photos. Would highly recommend.
Very good people, great personalised service. High quality frames, and also offer good advice on what goes with what. Occasional art exhibitions too.
Super attentive and creative service. Have had many pictures framed by Creative Picture Framing and all have turned out really well. Highly recommended.
