Warm and friendly customer service, professional, precise and high quality framing and good value for money. Newframes are fab! When asked for a quote, they delivered one quickly and were very understanding when I left them in the lurch for quite a few months. They did a fantastic job of reframing a large portrait and installing new perspex on a smaller portrait. They were done in great time, so soon in fact that I had to leave the updated artwork with them for a couple of weeks until I had time to pick the pieces up! We will definitely use them again!!

Really good framers. Ive had mounts made by them several times and they are always professional, really quick and very reasonably priced.

MOUNT ONLY: Super speedy response to my rough sketch of what I was seeking. Then a proof with Stephen having worked out the layout measurements which would have given me a headache and a super-fast turnaround. The best part was I pass the shop on my way to work so was able to pop in to collect. Am thrilled my 'tacky' Platty Joobs souvenir/curio looks super cool in this custom mount. So a massive thank you Stephen my recipients will be thrilled I'm sure. Highly recommend.

The guy was really patient, kind, knowledgeable and gave great advice, even though my order was small, he gave me all the additional solutions and prices I asked about. He also had a sense of humour, so, yes, I'd really recommend this place. I travelled a little further to get here as framers near my place had low reviews, and it was definitely worth the additional effort. Very satisfied with the high quality workmanship and friendly, helpful service.

Brent and his team have framed three works for me. He has provided all the advice in terms of glass to be used we used antireflective for best visibility, colour pairing and right sizes of frame & mount. Result is amazing and I cannot wait to hang them!

This place is great, but expensive. If you are willing to go a bit further out of town you can find the same frame for 1/2 the price. Although, it’s convenient as hell, and they do an amazing job. I had no idea what I wanted and they gave me amazing advice. Still loving my piece three years later!

We had a very large specially-commissioned, but unframed, painting we needed to highlight. Undaunted by the size New Frames gave us excellent specialist advice and turned around the order in less than a week. Went it looking for a ready-made frame for a print and for a photograph; a few days later both print and photo looked better than ever in gorgeous custom made frames. Couldn’t be happier!
