Been in a few times, and every time met by the sour faced woman with an attitude problem. Today I rang up and asked if they accepted card payments. Instead of answering my very simple question the woman hung up on me. I called back a few times to which there was no answer, until eventually the call wouldn't connect. I'm guessing she unplugged the phone. I don't understand why these people have decided a customer facing business was for them, as they clearly don't like it and don't have any idea of good customer service. Don't visit this cafe, there are many more in the local area, go to them.

Poor service rude staff made me ill eating there. No one should ever eat there the place should be closed down permanently

Awful service, the rudest two people I’ve ever been served by. I’ve given this place a couple of chances now and never again. Everything is too much trouble. The lady greets people by saying “yes?”. Food it well over priced and the kitchen looks grubby. Avoid this if you can.

Made a phone order for two sandwiches was told 20min, got there after 20min still not ready, waited another 20min for two simple sandwiches. Poor customer service on both phone and in person. Lady behind counter has a stinking attitude towards everyone. FIX UP!!(12/7/17)So I've just gone back to cafe to get a sandwich over the counter, was refused serviced and asked to leave because I'd left a 'bad' review. Apparently not suppose to leave a review but they're happy to take your money though! Defo won't be going back there again. If you can't handle criticism you shouldn't be in business!!

I went in at about 12 midday and asked politely if they had any jacket potatoes, I was answered with a strict "NO"! I said ok no worries and went to walk out and the lady muttered something under her breath, she seemed to forget what she'd said when I questioned her though, AVOID!!
