Love when there's a coffee place within a department store! Have been here a few times when visiting the retail park. Next home is a great store and the Costa within is inspired. Service was friendly, drinks were great as expected and seating areas were plentiful. Timing of day, day of the week are important as it can get busy but I'm always one for arriving/visiting during less busy times! Staff are young, very friendly and polite and work hard and I will definitely be returning!

There is nothing like a good cup of coffee😊.   Sadly what was served to us this morning was just that - nothing like a good cup of coffee😐.   We weren't sure it was even coffee, had to move the froth aside to check that it was something other than hot water.   Ironing we were sat under a sign that said something about 'smell the coffee' -  it would have been nice to be able to just taste it.

Not very impressed with the place. The tables and floors and serving counter were filthy. Trays and plates everywhere, wet tables food and cutlery on the floors in more than one place. The staff were miserable and very offish and clearly didn't want to be there.
The cold drinks from the fridge were warm and my hot drink also just warm. They are only getting 2stars because the cake was nice
