Easy to book, recognised my number so knew who I was and my address. Driver was on time, nice car and super friendly. But was told by Apple I would get a text when he was on his way which I didn’t, hence dropping one star. Otherwise, awesome.
Easily the best, most friendly and accommodating taxi service I’ve ever received. I booked my taxi for late evening and called the office to say we were ready before our booked time. - they were more than happy to send us our taxis straight away and avoid us waiting around in the cold! My driver, Andy, was superb. Not only friendly and accommodating, he took a general interest in each topic of conversation! I almost wish the trip took longer! Keep it up Apple! Henry :
They need to implement a way to call the driver from the app. Not just show you can and get directed straight to the HQ. Also they are awful with times, most the time they come way earlier than you booked for and will demand you get to the car in time. Overall i’ve had good trips as well, but the majority of trips aren’t that good. that’s why i’ll give 2 stars. hope you can change these issues in future!
Absolutely diabolical service. I phoned to book a taxi to take my very poorly dog to the vets. When the driver turned up, he looked most disgusted to see I had a dog with me and asked "are you bringing that?" Then mumbled something about the dog going in the boot! He took me to the wrong vets practice at Heavitree, I was going to Alphington. When I said it was the wrong practice, he argued that it was the vets I'd asked for. After taking his time he finally re routed but was quite rude to me. After the appointment had finished at CityVets I phoned to book another taxi and was dealt with by a very rude call handler who informed me that they do not take dogs, will not take dogs as they are messy and when asked for a recommendation for another taxi firm she said no taxi company would take me and my dog. So we were left stranded and having to walk a poorly dog to find a bus stop, so as to get my dog home safely and fairly quickly. Disgusting attitude, behaviour and customer service I would never use this company ever again or recommend them to anyone else!!!!! They don't even deserve the one star either
Arrived at pick up location promptly. Commented on the weather once and then stayed quiet for the remainder of the journey, just how I like it. Nice clean car and drive at a reasonable speed. 5/5 will use again
Hands down the most frightening cab ride I have ever had. This driver thought he was in a formula 1 car driving the back roads from Exeter to Dartmoor. I believe the avg speed limit was 30 kph and we clocked him going about 73 kph a few times. Driving hard into turns and pumping the brakes. The roads were wet as well. The driver never spoke to us during the ride either which was a bit odd. Find another can service.
Had pre booked for trip from EXT airport back to our home in Cornwall on 30th Jan. Great Devonian driver. Polite, chatty and kept inside the speed limit all the way! Should have asked for his name for next time as wouldn't hesitate to trust him again.
I was extremely impressed with the service and the driver yesterday Exeter to Whimple. Price reasonable car modern and clean. Made call and car there in five minutes. Would definately use again.

Driver was courteous and prompt. Apple gave us an estimate before and let us know the details of the lift as he approached. Drive was easy, swifter and cheaper than the estimate. Nothing to complain about. Thank you.
