John at Vista Financial Management was recommended to us by my mother in law and I knew he went any and beyond sorting her mortgage a few years ago. He was amazing throughout the process of finding our first mortgage and offered lots of advice on buying a new build, using Help to Buy also helped to then port said mortgage to a new property when we unexpectedly had to move. He will help with so much more than just the mortgage, any questions I had regarding the house buying process John had always answered my call. We also had to sort our application after working hours which wasn’t a problem for John and often ended up doing paperwork until 8-9pm. He saved us a lot hassle and money in the process, I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage advice - thank you John!
Towards the end of 2021, me and my partner were looking to buy our first home but we had NO IDEA. Sean at Vista had helped our friends buy their first home and recommended us to contact him to we arranged a Zoom meeting. Sean answered all our questions and helped us to establish what would be the best mortgage for us and explained all the steps in the process. We then went viewing an amazing house, made an offer which was accepted and Sean took care of everything for us and kept in touch when we were waiting for the solicitor to do the checks. He even helped us pick a company to provide our critical life insurance which we wouldn’t have had a clue about. In May 2022 we got the keys to our first home and we wouldn’t have been able to do it if it wasn’t for the help and advice from Sean and the people at Vista!
Another great experience, and this come at a time where the mortgage rates went silly, John as ever knew our circumstances, remembered our 1st meeting 5 years ago, and worked hard in the background covering several deals speaking on our behalf to identify our best deal. John certainly worked for us on this occasion and to be honest there was no doubt we would use his services this time round, and i have referred him and Vista to a relative, and will be speaking to him in time for our next review in 5 years. Highly recommended as i know nothing about finance, however all of my needs were met and exceeded.
John Mallinson of Vista Financial Management went the extra mile to help us through a very difficult time; we were first time house buyers. He got us a great mortgage deal and fixed interest rate, before it went up. He supported us when we needed help and advice through what was a very stressful time. We were therefore happy to arrange life cover with him as well, and will continue to use this company when necessary. We strongly recommend VFML to anyone needing good, honest financial advice. Simon was incredibly helpful when finding my first mortgage. Everything was explained to me but not in a patronising way as I had zero idea about the process. I always got the impression that Simon was working with my best interests in mind and he got me a cracking deal which fit my requirements perfectly. Working with Nash has been a pleasure because he is efficient, hard-working and knowledgeable. His work ethic is to be admired. I particularly valued his constant progress updates and followup calls to iron out issues and derive solutions. As I am not based in the UK, I found this element of his service to be 'going the extra mile'. I would highly recommend Nash, and in contrast to previous experience with advisors, Nash did not shy away from complex cases. Nash is a professional who works tirelessly for his clients. No exceptions I am sure.

John Mallinson was absolutely fantastic organising my mortgage for my purchase! John sorted my mortgage out seamlessly which with me owning a small limited company takes some doing. Superb advice, great sevice and a brilliant product in place. I could not be happier with the outcome and will always recommend them highly.
