This is definitely a nursery. Children shouting and running around are enough to distract you. You can't read a book here and you can't concentrate. I came with my children, but as a mother, I pay attention to them. They also know how to behave in the library. Other mothers don't pay any attention to their children. The librarians are gossiping in a corner. Everyone is doing their own thing here. I came to relax, but I ended up stressed.
I visited last week to get new concession bus pass. I was so impressed with every member of staff who dealt with me. Very impressive customer service. Great advise and got my new bus pass timely. Lovely space and lovely staff.
So much noise. You will not be able to concentrate.nNot enough resources.
WORST place ever, ton of children screaming, running, swearing. So noisy cant even concentrate. 100% not a library, staff just sit there and let the noise continue, but you will 100% get moaned at for bringing in hot food this place is jokess
It was great!The staff where very nice and there were lots of books to keep my child busy.The only down side is that it is a bit noisy and might distract you from reading but overall it was very good.
