So far - poor service - no call backs - on three separate occasions. The only plus is the nurse is really nice .nnUpdate an Edit since I left the initial review a year ago - two years - yes two years on after my initial visit for treatment I’m still waiting. Being fobbed off from month to month promising they do surgery for a cyst removal at the surgery - but they don’t ! Two complaints - office manager Never ever calls back so having to go private - so far it’s been a two week battle to just get a referral letter and ongoing - without one I can’t even go private . Apparently an open referral letter is something the surgery is also unfamiliar with. They want a name for the private health care referral - and when I try and explain this to Spire there is disbelief as it is down to the GP to do the referral letter to the department they think is appropriate for the treatment. Such incompetence and it is really worrying as I don’t know how the elderly would cope dealing with this type of thing or if they tried to raise a complaint or concern as it’s just ignored ! Seriously going to consider moving practices. Nurses are amazing and receptionist lovely on the plus side .
Always had an excellent service from doctors and nurses and receptionist at this surgery.nEasy parking and pharmacy on site makes life a lot easier.
Always helpful / excellent GP’s / take real care with diagnosis & follow ups
Can't even get a prescription right, let alone an appointment. Given up trying to see a Doctor.
Referred to a cardiologist who called my 88 year old mother on the phone no office visit never saw her or examined her and in my opinion as an experienced cardiology nurse gave her totally inappropriate guidance and treatment shameful
