Can never get an appointment. And when you do they are always running 30-60 behind schedule. The gp 's never seem bothered. And if you have to cancel your appointment and can't get through they send you a rude letter. Currently looking for a new surgery.

Very rude staff. Haven't even got past registration. One older staff member refused to register my partner because he was unable to get down to the surgery to give blood pressure, weight and bmi. I explained he works 30 miles away all week and would not be able to get time off to do so (which another staff member told me days before, that would be fine) when I told her that another member of staff agreed this, she shrugged her shoulders and still refused. Not to mention I was first given the wrong paperwork for my daughter, which meant trip no2 to the surgery. Trip no3 I needed I D. Trip no4 needed NHS numbers (I have never needed this before) Trip no5......Refused because my partner works?

I was visiting friends in the area when I became unwell. I called and explained my situation and was seen without hesitation. The staff and doctor were lovely and treated me as if I was a regular patient. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Easy access. Friendly receptionists. Dr are great when you can get an appointment Parking can be tricky as only small car park
