I have no idea what all the bad reviewers are on about. I am always blown away about how accommodating and attentive these guys are. They suggested I use stone bass to make my Peruvian ceviche, which I have typically used wild sea bass to do. After trying stone bass as suggested, I was hooked. They now let me know when it is at the market and get it for me. Quality team who not only sell a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood but also condiments. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you!

My favourite Fishmongers - Incredibly fresh fish, Always a massive selection very complicated to choose so today I’ve been suggested by Jackie a delicious swordfish skewers, absolutely delightful. I’ll try all the selections on my next visit  Very highly recommend

there was a lady smoking outside the shop and came in when i went in. she came in and started serving me without washing her hands. she also filleted my fish as will. i did ask her to wash her hands before cutting the fish but she didn’t go to the back to wash her hands. so i am concern about the hygiene in this place.

Best Fishmonger in the UK! During the pandemic their delivery service has been so wonderful. We bought some of their oysters and made Oysters Rockefeller over the weekend - they were delish!

I found Gary most unpleasant character and he drooled over my fish while he was packing it. He made me wait for half an hour. I am very disappointed with the service. I have had a better experience in “the whistling oyster”. I wanted a change from my usual fishmonger and I was left very disappointed. So I decided to stay with my usual fishmonger.

Incredible fish mongers! So lovely and fresh and a wonderful range to choose from. Staff were all so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you again, will be back again very soon!

Covent Garden Fishmongers is by far the best fish shop in London! They have the best fish and they prepare everything so carefully and always in a good mood! : that's a plus. I am so pleased with it! Thank you!

Personally Zero stars would be more applicable after my experience, went into this store for the first time after recently moving into the area and safe to say i will not be going back. I went just to grab a few bits for dinner and was waiting a while whilst the woman behind the counter was serving a customer and after a while i saw a man behind the counter so i asked him if he could serve me and to my shock he replied “do i look like i should be serving you” and stormed off out of sight. I looked around and it was safe to say other potential customers were as shocked as i was and we all left. I was them made aware that the man in question was the owner called Garry, which makes that even worse. Furthermore from my time waiting in the shop I couldn’t help but notice that shop floor seemed really dirty and i can only hope that the little brown droppings on the floor werent from rats but I can’t bring myself to think otherwise now. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Amazing place, the staff are so helpful and always are great with recommending products, I’ve tried so much new fish that I wouldn’t usually of gone for. Great prices and beautifully fresh fish. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!!!!

Was highly recommended the Prawn skewers,so tasty and flavoursome. Just what you need on a hot summers evening. No barbecue just 8 minutes in the air fryer. Wish we had purchased more for lunch tomorrow. Thankyou Jackie and Matt for the service and recommendation
