Would not buy anything from them again. Purchased a corner suit as we came out of covid. When finally deluvered do not feel that the cushion filling was as I ordered and poor quality. Customer Service difficult to contact and quite rude and unhelpful. Even after all this time it still annoys me
Wish I could give a minus, ordered a tan leather sofa what I received was more of a dark brown colour. Salesman said well that’s what the supplier says is their tan colour . I showed the salesman a tan colour sofa I wanted he just ordered the suppliers tan colour. This needs looking at by trading standards because no way is my sofa a tan sofa.
Decusiting service as selling different products but delivering different products. After that if you complained no body wants to know you. Make excuses and forced you to accept the stuff delivered you. Really upset but no one is there to listen to you as keep on moving your phone call from one to another. Spent huge amount of money but no one one to listen you.
Cousins has good selection and it’s a nice brand. But the staff in this branch make you feel like they are doing you a favour for selling to you. You get the feel that they sell too much to the point that they are not interested in your Buisiness. Quiet arrogant chaps Woking their.
Don't they pick up the phone? We have been waiting for a refund since the 19th of October. We were told that the suite we ordered was no longer available. Fair enough JUST GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK .No cheque received .Pay us back by transfer welcome to 2022
Absolutely shocking service 100% would not recommend Unanswered emails, extremely poor customer service, all that Cousins is interested in Is taking your money then you no longer seem to matter Extremely disappointed, never again!!! I am still waiting to answers from emails I have sent to customer services more than a week ago I am pulling my hair out
Cousins always have a wide range of quality furniture at reasonable prices. We have always had a positive experience with Cousins over the years. Just purchased some dining chairs and were really grateful to Sophia and Illa who guided us through our choices. Very down to earth and friendly staff. Thank you, Cousins.
Best furniture shop. Loads more choice than anywhere else and extremely helpful but down to earth staff who know what they are doing but don't give the hard sell.
Things didnt go to plan but got to give 5 stars for excellent customer care and support which I can not fault. Ordered leather suite which was manufactured in China so took quite a while to arrive. Upon delivery it was damaged even though it was well packaged so Cousins re-ordered for me. Unfortunately the second suite arrived with chair looked lop-sided. Cousins arranged for this to be investigated and unfortunately it could not be repaired and they were no longer dealing with this particular manufacturer so couldn't re-order. Laurelle in customer service worked so hard to sort this out and get a resolution for me. I was offered the options of an exchange or full refund. I would recommend and buy from them again.
Brought my sofa a while back now and it’s still like new, had no issues what so ever. Sales staff was polite and helpful upon arrival.
