I went in over the weekend, and was amazed at the selection on offer, a very helpful salesman called Mike came over and asked if I needed any help. Mike was so helpful that although initially I only went in to look, I called my husband to come and we ended buying some sofas. Mike is a true credit to your company.

Furniture shopping isn’t usually my thing but this place is well worth a look. You’ll need plenty of time it’s huge. Staff are helpful not pushy. Very good quality merchandise .

I recently bought a g-plan sofa and the staff were so helpful but not pushy in any way which was refreshing. The size of the store and choice was a nice surprise and we were pleased with the deal we got. We’ll be back for a new bed soon.

Got to mention the great bacon sandwich and coffee in the cafe.

I always believed Cousins was very expensive but gave it a try after seeing an ad for their sale.  I was pleasantly surprised at their prices and amazed at their choice; I was spoilt for choice really. I received 5* service from Nigel Fish and Susan Sewell when placing my order, so much so that I will return and spread the word amongst my friends that Cousins should be the first choice for furniture.  They need to advertise more their affordable prices, as my perception was they were a very high end company, when in fact, they cater for all tastes and budgets. Highly recommended on all counts.
