After lots of research into marquee companies for our ‘at home’ wedding, we chose to go with County Marquees and we were SO happy with our choice! The whole process was incredibly smooth and the marquees themselves were absolutely beautiful. Communication from the outset was fantastic and David was great at advising us when needed. The installation team were prompt to arrive and worked incredibly hard when setting up and re-rigging post event. They kindly popped back the day before the event when we realised we couldn’t get a light to work - thank you! We can’t recommend County Marquees enough - a wonderful, hard-working team.
I cannot sing their praises highly enough. We had a marquee wedding for our daughter and they were superb to deal with from start to finish. From the initial site visit all the way through to the final takedown the entire crew were helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. The marquee itself looked stunning and County Marquees showed great attention to detail in getting it right. Thank you Shaun and team!
Where do I begin? The team arrived early, very efficient, strong and hardworking. They turned a patch of grass into a beautiful, elegant and magical venue. The structure was seamless and dreamy, with swags and twinkly lights, sooooo beautiful and clean. Our 100 guests couldn't believe their eyes as they stepped into the stunning surroundings. We had spot lights, fairy lights , hard floor, champagne carpet, heating and a dance floor. Such a glamorous marquee that came with a charming, hardworking, focused work force. Couldn't help but feel sad to see it dismantled. I highly recommend this company. They didn't just give us a lovely marquee but a wonderful backdrop for photos and a day to remember. A thousand stars from me.
A truly professional company that erected a marquee for a sit down dinner, dance floor, stage, bar and outside drinks area for 120 people on our lawn for our daughters wedding. We had extensive lighting, heating, catering tent and generators. Everything worked perfectly, they were quick to reply when we had a query regarding dimming the outside lights. We had torrential rain without any leaks. The staff could not have been more polite, helpful, competent and professional including the clear up afterwards, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, one would really struggle to find a more professional outfit and we would certainly use them again
David was positive and helpful from the outset. The team who installed the marquee were excellent and really polite. The marquee transformed our London garden into an incredible space for our wedding. All of the guests were impressed with the marquee and I think David will be getting a lot of calls from our friends!
The marquee for our daughter's wedding was warm and spacious, with plenty of room for people to move around. I’m so glad we went for the covered walkway, our guests really appreciated it given the poor weather that day. Thanks once again.
A thoroughly professional and extremely organised marquee company from beginning to end. Shaun was most helpful and accommodating from his initial site visit all the way through the process. He helped us arrange all aspects of the marquee including lighting, flooring and many things we hadn't even thought of! Shaun and Tom's team arrived at the crack of dawn on the day the marquee went up being very friendly and positive. All members of the team were still very friendly and positive late into the night. They really were a delight to work with. We had the most fantastic wedding day with a very pretty marquee and that was in no small part due to the efficiency and helpfulness of County Marquees. They made the organisation of the wedding far easier than I had anticipated! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
We received incredible comments on the marquee structure and have passed on our recommendations. The height of the rear marquee with a clear aspect overlooking the garden created such an open feel and allowed the entire terrace to feel very spacious. The side path was also very well covered and it felt like the house had been wrapped round and extended by 50%. The linings, carpet and lighting too were very well done and it was warm and comfortable throughout. Your team of five young lads were absolutely fantastic. They were polite and respectful and most efficient. Our thanks to the team and especially to Tom who is a great team leader.
I used County Marquees for my wedding in July last year. While I do agree with some reviews that communication could have been a bit better at the start e.g. to get a quote/ confirm the booking, I cannot fault what David and his team delivered. The marquee was absolutely beautiful and the set-up/ dismantling went smoothly. Although slightly stressful at the start, I am SO grateful that they were able to give me exactly what I wanted, and within my budget. My comments also come in the context of of an understandably busy period given significant backlog in events from Covid-19. Thanks once again and sorry for the delay in passing on my feedback!
Thankyou so much to Shaun and the team at County Marquees. They provided a marquee and a couple of chinese hat tents plus all the trimmings for our garden wedding a couple of weeks ago. It all looked beautiful, the boys who did the setup and removal were extremely polite and thorough and even folded my bunting when they took it down!, and dealing with Shaun for planning was easy. He helped us make our decisions and was happy to make last minute changes for us when we decided to add another tented area. All in all, I cannot recommend them highly enough. All our guests said the garden looked amazing, and we totally agreed. Thanks, guys, for helping make our big day wonderful.
