I recently used Countrywide to find a flat in Glasgow. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice and support throughout the whole process. The process was made very easy and straightforward, with the staff always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very flexible with viewings, which was very helpful.

Friendly, efficient and quality. Great service all round.  As a student on a in need of a sharp move in before the start of term a &lt;2 week turnaround from initial contact for a viewing to move in was admirable. Friendly service from all involved Suraen viewing agent, Amy, Craig and Lois and always helpful and professional. Can't recommend enough.

They were very prompt and helpful before i moved in- helped with the process. However, once collecting the keys i have barely heard from them. Multiple emails ignored, i have been given no person to contact regarding my flat and questions i may have, other than maintenance. In general, just wish the moving in process was a lot more informative and helpful, can't say im happy with them the agency that respect.

We recently used Countrywide to find a tenant for our house and they were very helpful and efficient. The staff was friendly and supportive, and we had the house rented very fast. We are happy to recommend their services.

Everything was very straightforward, Countrywide were always available to call. Chrissie was very helpful and responsive during the process, taking time to respond to my questions. The maintenance system seems easy to use so far, and have been contactable - hopefully issues get resolved quickly.

Very friendly and efficient service from all staff in the office. Ami made things super simple and was a pleasure to have as our advisor!  This is my 1st time using Countrywide and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a property on the market.

Poor experience with this letting agent, had a video viewing and moved into a property cleaned to a poor standard with a broken oven, moldy washing machine and utility room, cracked bathroom sink and penetrating damp between the bathroom and wardrobe due to a significant leak in the shower/bath tub. Check out inventory stated the property was cleaned to a good standard yet they deducted £55 for "cleaning" and "damage to property" when responding to the deposit repayment request with no further communication from Countrywide.  Landlord/agent clearly trying to make a couple extra ££ on the back of someone who had to leave the UK last minute due to a family emergency. Given my current circumstances I didn't have the time or energy to respond to these petty and frivolous claims.  Cannot recommend this agency on this basis.

Countrywide Estate Agents are the best!! their professionalism is on top of their game. I was dealing with Chrissie and she was amazing. Chrissie doesn't take longer to respond to emails and she is attentive to detail. In her communication she leaves no stones unturned. After having reviewed a lot of properties around Glasgow andbeing new in the City as we emigrated on the first week of November, Countrwide Estate made it possible for me to have a place called home while I was about to give up.  A BIG THANKS TO COUNTRYWIDE ESTATE AGENT!!!

As a landlord I do not recommend using countrywide to be letting agents.  My experience has been very negative.  A scumbag tenant who didn't pay his rent and left the property in a poor state.  Countrywide could not care less! And before Fiona or any of the team put a reply asking to contact them, I've already been to head office to be told nothing countrywide can do, not responsible for tenants not paying their rent and leaving property in a state!  What's the point in having an agent???   Countrywide made it va very stressful experience so why have an agent?

My partner and I had a very easy and stress free experience with Ami from Countrywide. Everything was thoroughly explained and we received all the help and info we needed. If we ever need to move again in the future, we would 100% use Countrywide again.
