I used Samantha at Bensons to sell my house, it went perfectly and I was always kept in the loop. I was new to this and the service I received was exceptional. I would recommend them. Nothing was ever a problem and I could contact them anytime and receive a quick response. Excellent 5 star service at all times.

Have just completed the sale of my parents house in East Kilbride. Dealt with Samantha throughout the process and cannot praise her efforts in securing the sale high enough, but more importantly her communications through out the process were first class. Every email and phone call were always promptly returned and nothing was a bother for her at all. Importantly for me as I was handling this for my parents from a distance and because of delicate health issues I really needed to be sure I was leaving my parents in good hands with respect to viewings etc. Many other estate agents said the same words as Samantha, but none of them had the genuine element of care behind them in my opinion. Would recommend Bensons 110% Thanks again Samantha and all your team.

We have recently used bensons to sell our house in Bathgate. Samantha was our main contact and dealt with everything in a quick, professional manner. She kept us informed through the full sale and we can’t thank her enough for all her help. Our viewers also advised how good bensons were keeping them informed in anything needed.
