I was apprehensive using country vehicles after previous experiences with other garages where I have been "ripped off". I feel that they are completely trustworthy and prices are very reasonable! I've now been a loyal customer since 2020 and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
This was not the first time I have used Country Vehicles. In my experience they have always been fair and courteous.
First time using CVF today, arrived with a tyre consistently loosing air. Very good customer service and was super speedy - had my tyre investigated and back two tyres replaced, was home within the hour!
The staff were brillant and very friendly on arrival and when waiting for my car to be fixed. Was given a quote for what needing doing and was very satisfied with the results. Overall a brilliant service.
I have been using Country vehicles for over ten years with our small fleet of cars, and have only had one small issue that was quickly resolved. Always friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.
An awful experience for a pensioner! A fault found that could not be justified! The business owner screaming that his procedures were correct in my face and swearing profusely, the worst experience I have ever encountered in 50 years anywhere in the world
Rang Saturday morning to ask for tracking to be done. Even though they were fully booked I was told to drop it down. 1 hour later ready to be collected. Great service and reasonably priced.
Good customer service but still couldn't do my 4 wheels alignment properly. After 2 atempts i was still not happy and took the car to main dealer and i only now can say it's spot on. Camber and toe was still out and vehicle pulling left. Nice and tidy but £90 short now. Thx anyway!
Excellent service. This garage is new to me and I was so impressed, I will definitely be back.
