This shop is run by Tom who is a keen cyclist. He is friendly, helpful and knows all there is to know about bikes and cycling. He has been servicing my bikes since the shop opened it must be a few years now and has always done a great job. Highly recommended!
My road bike needed some headset and rear wheel adjustment which was beyond my ability so I called Cycleworx and Tom booked me in later that day. He was clearly very busy since every man/woman and dog has discovered cycling during the current COVID times. His shop was rammed but he still managed to squeeze my bike into his workshop. He fixed my snags, made a few other adjustments and offered advice all for the princely sum of £15. A fine example of a local friendly business offering excellent customer service. This is the first time I’ve used Cycleworx and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I would definitely recommend Cycleworx, great customer service and Tom really knows his stuff. I was able to get a really good bike for a very good price here, also managed to get some lights a day later such was I very impressed. Would rather come to an independent place like this instead of a big brand place.
Brought my bike in for a service, which was completed the same day. On collection, Tom gave me a thorough run down of what he undertook and spent some time answering other questions I had. All in all, I am really pleased with their service and will be definitely using them again in the future.
Brought my mountain bike in to fix a creaking noise thought to be caused by rear wheel. The work was excellent, fixed the rear wheel and also suggested the bottom bracket could be causing the issue, which turned out to be the actual fix. He's a great guy who is friendly, knows his stuff and happy to talk through the problem, would recommend for all servicing needs.
